Steeped in history, the Five Points area is an important part of Raleigh’s planning movement...
showcasing the largest and prettiest collection of Arts and Crafts homes. The area’s history dates back to the early 1900s and was originally deemed Vanguard Park. As the neighborhoods grew, the outskirts of Raleigh became decorated with an eclectic mix of home styles, ranging from Craftsman Bungalow to English Cottage and Colonial Revival to Traditional.

In recent years, several of the neighborhoods that make up the Five Points area have been honored with spots on the National Register of Historic Places.
