Raleigh, NC June 11, 2007 - The Oaks at Fallon Park, the first new home neighborhood inside the beltline with a pool and clubhouse in more than 50 years, today announced its partnership with York Simpson Underwood, a residential real estate sales company based in Raleigh. The new onsite agent will be Kathryn West.

Kathryn West, a third generation realtor, has worked exclusively at YSU her entire career and has extensive knowledge of the inside-the-beltline market. She recently was a judge for the Greensboro Parade of Homes.
